Refund and Returns Policy

Since Sacha Sauda is a non-profit organization, all donations are used for charitable activities. However, we value transparency and fairness.

1. Donations

Donations made to Sacha Sauda are generally non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only if:

• The donation was made by mistake, or
• The donor entered the wrong amount, or
• Duplicate payments occurred, or
• There was a technical error during the transaction.

3. Refund Process

If eligible:

• Submit a refund request within 7 days of payment.
• Provide transaction ID, amount, and reason for refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. No Refund Conditions

We cannot refund:

Tax-exempt donations where receipts are already issuedquestions related to refunds and returns.
